Speaking of Christmas spending

I may be breaking my 4 year old's heart this year

He has been saying for a few months now that Santa is going to bring him a bubble hockey machine, the kind they make at daddy's work. It is the only thing he wants and he has been "a really good boy".

Too bad it retails for close to $3,000. Even at DH's "cost"... yeah, not happening.

I told him it won't fit on Santa's sleigh. He insists that the sleigh is magical and it will. I am trying to throw out other ideas and he just isn't buying it.

I'm really hoping he changes his mind in the next month & a half. I don't even want to think about the crushed look on his face come Christmas morning

Can you get him a table top one? If he still isn't happy you could show him a note from Santa saying that a bigger one was to heavy for the reindeer. Obviously not as good as he wants but perhaps he'd be happy.

I had DH price out just getting the players & I figured we could kind of make one, but the players are a few hundred alone! I haven't found any Sabres action figures anywhere.

Target has a $15 foosball table. That may have to do

OMG those are awesome! I still can't afford to buy 12 of them to make a full game, but I may have to look into this more. Even if I just got one or two for him to play with he would be ecstatic. Right now he sets up "hockey games" using Pez dispensers & checkers & empty yogurt containers for the nets.
