question for BTDT moms

I had a c/s in March due to LO being breech. The last few weeks I have been experiencing a weird sensation near my right hip bone. almost felt like someone was blowing up a balloon inside of me very very slowly. also reminded me of the slow, fluid movements she would make before she was born. It is very localized and only on the right side. I can not feel anything externally. Do you think its just muscles/tendons? Have not called the dr yet, its not painful just weird. Anyone else feel anything like this?
