Uncle Sam wants more VBACs

The Healthy People goals for 2020 include:

--a 10% reduction in the c/s rate for FTMs from 26.5% to 23.9%

--a 10% reduction in the RCS rate from 90.8% to 81.7%

I don't really see that happening but it's nice that the US government supports VBAC.
