travel and breast feeding

I have a 4 mo old that I am breast feeding.  I just found out I have to travel for work.  I will be gone three days and don't want to dump all the milk I pump.  Has anyone flown while still nursing?  Any tips?  Do I have to check the breast milk?  Can I carry-on my pump?

    You can carry on your pump.  You can carry on frozen and liquid breast milk.  Make sure you get a freezer in the hotel room and bring the frozen gel packs to help keep the milk frozen for the trip home.
