my logon is f-ed up!!!

<--- THIS IS NOT ME!  I haven't been on here in awhile but when i came in and logged in with my email and logon everything looked okay until i did a post and this photo came up!  This isn't me!  And my username should show up as ddnicle13, not ddnicole.   My account info has my name and email but not my address.  THis is too weird.  I would just go cancel my account & start again, but I can't figure out how to do that.

 Anyone know how to get a hold of tech support for this site?
