i am very pleased so far.  I was having a little leaking but to my surprise found out the cup was full after only about 7 hrs. it's actually interesting to ee how much your body produces. 

 

anyway, I do have a question for fellow users.....I found it uncomfortable removing the cup.  is there any trick to making it more comfortable to get the  wide lip out of the canal?

    What are you doing now? Just pulling it straight out?

    I'd pull it out a bit, then pinch the top to collapse the rim and remove it the rest of the way.

    Glad you're liking it! Once you get past the learning curve it's a great gadget!
