The one "plus" to living gluten free is that there realyl are just SO many options out there these days. It's overwhemling at first, but you'll quickly find (hopefully) that many of your grocery stores carry GF products. And there are a fair number of mainstream products that are labeled GF (Ore-Ida, Classico, Wishbone, Chex cereal).
Wegmans has a huge GF section, and they actually offer their own brand of GF chicken nuggets. And their brand name in general is also labeled GF if it is a GF product.

GlutenFreeGirl is another great site for gluten free. She's got AMAZING recipes, her newer ones tend to be super simple as she's got a three year old running around. Her story is also really inspiring and helped me to feel more comfortable with going gf.
