I always like the name "Bella" and it was always a contender on my girl list when I was pregnant with my first 2.......now that almost 4 years have passed I still have it on my "Name Game" list or wishful thinking baby name list! Ok, so cutting to the case is Bella too Twilight? I never read the books but I have seen the 1st one on tv. Does Bella make you go straight to thinking Twilight?

I love Twilight but when I hear the name it is NOT the first thing I think of. I think it's a nice name and if you like it go for it!

Yes I think Twilight, but only because there is so much hype currently over the next film coming out. I personally think it is a very nice name but I have Belle on my wish list of names so I may be biased.

Do I go straight to Twilight? Yes. And, no, I'm not "into" Twlight.

But who cares? It's a beautiful, classic name and I certainly haven't ruled it out because it was used in a silly book.

As a major fan of the series, Twilight is one of the first things I think of, but this name also makes me think of Beauty and the Beast b/c its so close to Princess Belle's name. I don't really think Twilight is a bad association, though. It really just all depends on how much you love or hate the series, I think.

I'm a fan of the books and I don't think of the series first. Isabella was the #1 girl's name in the country last year, so there are going to be a ton of Bellas running around.

Belle is on my love-but-won't-use list because of the popularity of Bella and because bell is a noun.

Esme is my #1 name that I'm totally in love with and I would use it in a second if I could get DH on board. It may be popular now, but in 4-5 years the Twilight hype will be gone so it's not like the association is going to follow her into her school years, kwim?

I love twilight, but its not the first thing I would think of when hearing it. Arabella is on our name list!

Twilight is not the first thing I think of, but it is my dog's name and I know at least 4 other dogs names Bella, so that is what I think of first. Sorry. It is a beautiful name though, which is why I picked it for my first born, my dog! :-)
