Chicago Children's Theater

Has anyone ever been to the Chicago Children's Theater?

I happened to stumble across their website and they have "Goodnight Moon" the musical playing now - end of December. I was wondering if it is was family friendly in terms of bringing a 7 month old who might squeal and laugh (who knows, cry) or if it is for older kids in terms of an intended audience. Thought it might be something fun for us to do when my parents are in town prior to Christmas.

    Just saw Goodnight Moon this morning with my 3 1/2 year old dd.  She was scared and so were some of the the other kids we went with.  The stage design was really cute by the show itself was pretty lame. It's labeled for kids 3-5 but I really think it's more for 7-8 year olds.  The tickets are pretty pricey and definitely not worth this 65 min. production.  I would hope there will be some better family entertainment for you to go to at the holidays.
