UGH! I'm so bummed but I recently broke out with hives on my face, neck and chest. I've never had them before but my dr. says its a combo of pregnancy and stress. She told me I cant workout until it clears up as heat and sweating will only make it worse. I hate being benched and it always makes me feel guilty!

Hope it clears up soon! In the meantime, can you keep up with walking? That shouldn't make you sweat, but will help you feel like you are doing SOME kind of exercise. Plus, I find a nice walk helps me think through whatever stressful problems I have, and overall I feel more relaxed and happier when I'm done.
