Who to call

I only have an OB, no general dr. I know I had pp depression after I had my DD. But for whatever reason was in denial or embarrassed to admit to it. Now I feel so hopeless, tired, and very moody. It could be partially due to adjusting to changing shifts at work (went from 2nd to 3rd). My question is do I call my Ob? Or find a GP dr and get an appt ( which could take months to get it)

I would start with your OB and if s/he thinks you should see a GP, ask her for a rec.

GL! Any transition can be tough and spark depression, anxiety, etc. and you are doing the right thing by getting help.

also, if you have a good relationship with your OB, she might be able to get you seen by a GP quicker if she thinks its urgent.

I agree with ladipale, contact your OB and go from there.

I wanted to add: sorry you have to go through this, but good for you for looking for help.  I hope you can find some support and help on this board.
