tmi mc question

so I have been waiting over a week to start miscarrying. i wake up every morning with cramps but they go away by 9am. Today however I have had diarrhea and lots of cramping. did any one else experience diarrhea immediately before they started to miscarry. I usually have diarrhea right before i start af. sorry for tmi...but i really am hopeful that i will start the whole process soon and won't have to go in for a d and c.

    I hope it comes soon for you.  I was actually pretty constipated, even during the miscarriage I think.

    Sorry for your loss...I have to agree I was pretty constipated. Just starting to be regular again... but still no AF...

    even though our MC was discover at 8W, my OB is sure that the light bleeding during all of week 5 and 6 was my body passing the MC.  

    I had right side pains and lower back pain yesteday but still no AF we go back to the doctor on nov. 25

    I am reading the book recommended by another nestie.  Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, MPH... it has helped me understand a lot...

    don't get me wrong. constipation has been the name of my game since i mid september. it is just that twice since finding out the baby has died, i have experienced extreme diarrhea. since this is what happens before af i thought that maybe it was a sign that the miscarry would happen soon.

    I did.  I had terrible diarrhea on Monday through Thursday.  With my MC, I found out on Friday that the baby had died 2 weeks earlier but was having only spotting until Sunday night.  I then started bleeding and had a spell of about 3 hours of terrible cramps on Tuesday.  On Wednesday, I had hardly any bleeding and not many cramps.  I had the MC on Thursday afternoon.  It was about 4 hours of terrible pain that day.

    I am very sorry you are going through this. My first m/c was natural, and yes when it actually happened (the passing of the entire sac -- I had bled for about 1 week before this) -- I had incredible diarrhea, and actually threw up too. At first my DH thought I had food poisoning. I had terrible cramping on and off (literally like contractions), and then finally passed the entire sac. This was all in span of about 12 hours.

     

    I hope this is over for you soon.  

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    I am sorry for your loss.  I did not have an GI issues, but I did have to have 2 D&Cs (m/c at 11 weeks).  Again - I am really sorry for your loss.

    Hi Katie,

    Yes, waiting stinks - no other way to describe it.  I've had similar issues with my digestive system and it is still not back on track, it's been nearly a week since the passing.  I guess once our body gets recharged and our hormones level back to normal it will all settle down a bit.

    I am sorry for your loss - I had a bit of diarrhea and I do during af too - but with my losses I always wondered if it was because of stress - my heart goes out to you.

    I had a natural m/c and experienced horrible diarrhea! It all started the day I had the m/c and only continued until I passed the sac. Then I didn't go to the bathroom for almost a week afterwards, it felt like my body expelled everything in a very short period of time.  Good luck dear, hope you have a support group to rally around you at this time. I will be thinking of you, please e-mail if you have more questions. We are all hear for you!
