I actually like watching their show... But
I think once your babies are having babies, it's time to cool
it.
This! I like the show but they have grandkids so I think they should be done and also a PP said:

Her last baby was born at 25 weeks and had a lot of medical issues, I think that should of been a sign to stop!
And also this! They always said they would have kids til it isn't safe to have anymore and I think Josie was the sign saying that it isn't safe... plus, she is 45 now... baby making days are over honey!
More power to them. Their children seem well adjusted kids with good attitudes. They certainly were taking care of them just fine before the TV show and I highly doubt that's the reason they continue to have kids.
I find this so irresponsible. Poor little Josie almost died, and it's almost like they don't even care. It's all about the fame and money now, the shock value of having #20.
Plus, aren't they running out of "J" names?
1st BFP- March 2011. Natural MC @ 8 weeks
2nd BFP- July 2011. Chemical Pregnancy
3rd BFP- Sep 2011. My beautiful son was born May 2012. 4th BFP-August 2014- Due May 12, 2015

I completely agree! I personally don't want 20 kids, but their children are respectful and well-behaved. And they raise 19 kids (+1 on the way) better than a lot of people can raise 1 child.
One thing is for sure...she is seriously the calmest mother I have ever seen...God Bless her I'm sure i would be admitted by now but she really holds herself together unless she is on medication?
I don't know how I feel about this. I have no problem with people having kids into their 40's or choosing to have children after they have grandchildren. My mom would not exist if that was the case. My grandmother was 43 when my Mom was born and had three grandchildren already.
However, Josie was born so early because of Preeclampsia. It is rare to have Pree in one pregnancy and then again in the next. But, since she is of AMA her risk is higher. IMHO she has enough children and I don't understand why she would be okay with another pregnancy knowing the risk is there even though it might be small.
I had a feeling there weren't done. I like them and enjoy their show oddly enough even though I don't think she should be risking her health to have that many babies. To each their own.
I'm just blown away that her body can handle it. I feel like I'm not dealing with this FIRST pregnancy very well and she can handle 20? Makes me feel like a wuss.
