Where do you change LO now that they are moving all around? Every diaper change is a challenge for me. It seems like I can only do it while he stands, but when he poops that doesn't work so well.
I put her on her changing table. She turns over and starts trying to crawl off the table. Or she stands. Or she sits up. Her favorite thing is to grab the box of tissues, pull out a tissue, and shred it. Or she tries to eat the butt cream.
If it's not poop, I sometimes lift her in a crazy way and wipe her in the air. Even if I sing to her while showing her a toy and playing hand games while DH changes her, she STILL doesn't sit still.
The floor is even crazier because she can get away much faster.
I've started changing her in the living room because I was so afraid all of the wiggling would end bad on the changing table. I turn on some cartoons (yes, I know, bad mom), give her the sippy cup, and she doesn't move at all. If that doesn't work the wipes bag or diaper cream tube can keep her attention for a minuet or so.

We have a changing table set up in the playroom where we do most changes during the day. I usually just give her a toy to play with on the table. She doesn't squirm near as much as she used to though.

I change him wherever - no one place seems to be easier than another. Changing table, crib, floor, couch. I try to give something to occupy him (special toy, something he's not supposed to play with - I know, confusing perhaps but oh well, I'll try singing, give clean diaper, wipes, whatever) Sometimes it's not so bad but others, well, you know what happens!!
Re: diaper changes
We have a 'special' toy she only gets to play with when she's being changed, and that plus singing to her makes her all but squirm-free.
Her toy is all plastic because all of a sudden she's taken to rubbing it on her vagina while we change her. Sigh.
Changing DD is a workout.
