so i was EBF for the first 5 months then introduced formula bottle at night so i could measure how much he was getting - seemed to help with sleeping a little bit.
we've started solids and i've been starting to intro a bottle during the day as well usually around noon and nursing in between. i have to say - it's been nice to give him formula and although i've been pumping sometimes to keep up my supply i enjoy letting DH or my parents feed him if DS is with them.
anyone else starting to wean and how have they found it personally for yourself??
Re: BF mommas...
I'm not yet! Probably at a year we'll start weaning, since I SAH. We did start solids in the last month, though, and he's been doing really well with those, and his naps are starting to solidify, but I think it's just his age.
I'm really glad the changes are working well for you! Happy mamas are healthy mamas.
Are you going to keep on nursing along with the formula or wean completely?

This is mostly me, too. We do some solids each day, but he's mostly BF. I'm going to pump at work until 1 year, and I'll nurse at home until he's done.
