So my breastfeed 1 month old was diagnosed today with an allergy/sensitivity (at least that's what the pediatrician thinks it is) so I've been instructed to cut out all dairy from my diet. I'm a savvy label reader (I work in food labeling), but am looking for resources for dairy-free living.
Any tips, resources, recipes that you can suggest?
TIA!

So Delicious makes awesome dairy free products. I love the coconut milk (carton) yogurt made from coconut milk and the coffee creamers.
