Does it seem like nothing else can compete? My friend has been giving me stuff like her kid's Leappad and the Fisher Price PowerTouch system (her kids are done with them, but the stuff is pretty new) - but my kids pretty much show no interest in it, they just want to use our iPad/iPhone.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had that experience too. I'm wondering if I should even bother taking or keeping the stuff.
Re: If you use apps on an iPhone/iPad etc
When DH upgraded to iPhone 4, he call disabled his original 3G and essentially turned it into an iPod touch for DS. Honestly, DS is more proficient on it than I. He can navigate through and use the apps with incredible dexterity. We have tons of educational games and he just loves it. We talked about a Leap Pad, but we know it will lose out to the iPod in a matter of minutes.
