go home and take my pill now even though I take them at night...or should I just wait till tonight. I don't want to feel worse because I took them so close together but I am not doing well.

    ***I am no doctor***  but if you are really doing bad, leave early.

    I don't know how lexapro effects you (that's what you are on, right?) but maybe take one right when you get home, skip tonight, take one first thing in the morning then get back on your normal schedule tomorrow night.  That way you can build it back up, but slowly.  I'd probably do that with my zoloft... but again, not a doctor here.
