Which is better/worse for you/LO, spring or fall? It seems that although B got an extra hour of sleep she's more cranky and tired than ever. Last night she wanted to go to bed at 6:30 and this morning she was up at 5. DH said she fell asleep on the couch at 11, she doesn't usually nap until 1:30ish. Her usual bedtime is 8:30 or 9 and sleeps until 7. I don't remember the spring time change being this bad, at all! For me, I hate the fall time change simply b/c it gets dark so early now.
But for your LO, do both time changes affect them the same? I hope her body adjusts quickly!
And ALL the kids are off the wall here at school. I'm blaming the time change:)

Re: Time change
I made sure to keep him up a little late on Saturday (till 9:30) and he slept until after 8 Sunday morning (so really 9). He napped and went to bed at his normal time yesterday and was up at his normal time today.
He's a really good sleeper in general, so it doesn't really phase him I guess!
It went way better than I expected with minimal manipulation on our part - she stayed up a little bit and slept in a little bit on her own for saturday so she ended up taking a late nap and was up for a while babbling to herself on Saturday night, until after 10 (for a kid who normally goes to bed at 8 pm). She slept until after 8 on Sunday morning. We really lucked out with this one, I feel like losing an hour in the. Spring won't go so easily...
