  True story. DH was working late one night at the computer (he does a lot of website and security stuff) and I went to tell hiim I was going to bed. He tells me how sad he was that night because he was working so much. I told him the first thing he needed to do was stop listening to Coldplay, because that is slit your wrists music. Honest to God, I have not heard Coldplay on his playlist since then.

  Actually, I do have some non-kid's favorite music. Pretty much any Bruno Mars, but especially I Think I Wanna Marry You is my current favorite.

  I also like all Glen Hansard/The Frames.

  "If I Had a Gun" by Noel Gallagher.  I'm on a huge Oasis/Noel Gallagher kick and have listened to the new album a ton.  Can't wait to actually buy it tomorrow.  That song is effing incredible though - especially the acoustic/live version.
