Pregnancy symptoms while on BCP?

I want to start out by saying, this is not a fishing post.  I am definitely not pregnant and would like to remain that way for at least 6 more months.

I have been on birth control since I was 14 due to ovarian cysts.  Before TTC I was on Yaz for 2-3 years.  I went back on Yaz at 6 weeks PP.

Since restarting the Yaz, I get horrible nausea, breast pain/swelling, extreme fatigue and mood swings.  Basically all the symptoms I had in very early pregnancy.  This happens every month before I start the inactive pills in the pack.  These symptoms never appeared before having miss A.

Obviously I am going to talk to the gyn about it at my appointment in December but three questions: 1) Does this happen to anyone else? 2) Have you noticed any changes since having your baby and 3) Are you on a BCP that you like?  I hate switching BC and am hoping to find something that is better.

    I've never been on BCP but I do know that many early pregnancy symptoms (like the ones you listed) are also common before AF.

    Very true. Having been on birth control for so long I guess PMS symptoms caught me off guard. Now I feel kind of dumb for needing someone else to tell me that was normal :)

    When I started Nuvaring after having DD, I had the same thing...nausea, mood swings, etc.  It has since stopped, but it scared the sh!t out of me at the time andI even POAS.  It may just be your body adjusting to being on BC again?
