Has anyone had spotting or bleeding?

I went for a walk late last week, and then went for a 1/2 hour walk on the treadmill today, and both times afterwards had a decent amount of blood when I used the restroom afterwards.

Today there was a fairly heavy amount so I put in a call to the Dr. and waiting for the nurse to call back.   I have an appointment for Wednesday scheduled already but I just want to make sure it's ok.  

I am so ready to have this baby-every little thing makes me paranoid now that something could be wrong!

    I did around 32 weeks.  It resulted in a 3.5 day hospital stay and moderate bed rest.  The bleeding was also accompanied by contractions.  Good idea to call the doctor.  Good luck!

    Nope, I haven't but at all of my appointments, the two things my doctor always asks is if the baby is still moving lots and if I have had any bleeding. I figure if that is what he thinks is important then those are my two things I really pay attention to. I hope you hear back from the nurse soon and, if not, I would probably head into L&D to get checked out, or try calling back to make sure it didn't fall between the cracks.

    ok I'm glad I called, still waiting to hear but I just want to be safe.  The Dr. said that the two reasons to call are if I have a gush of water or if I have contractions 5 minutes apart, so I wasn't sure, but I'm not taking any chances.

    I spotted around 24 weeks, and the Dr had me put my feet up. It stopped after a day. Then around 31 weeks I had some bleeding and spotting, and now am on bedrest until DD comes. I was diagnosed with total placenta previa at my 20 week appt, and it had not moved by my 32 week u/s. I'm glad you called your dr, it is always good to call anytime you have questions.

    I had a LOT of bleeding last week after some lovin' with the hubbie and it freaked me out. I went in and everything was fine. The bleeding/spotting stopped by that night.  Good to get it checked out, but I'm sure everything will be ok.

    thanks ladies.  The nurse said that it could be bloody show, and to monitor it.  She said if it gets heavy or if I start having contractions to call them back.
