I'm telling everyone no clothes! I won't fit into them until after the baby is born and I hoping to lose the weight I had from DS too, so that was my one restriction! Other than that I haven't been able to make a good list either so I'm glad you posted this!

I know it's kind of out there, but I really want an iPad. I wouldn't mind a kurig and a kitchen island with cupboards for more storage room. That's about it for me, anything else I get should be for baby.
My birthday is in late September and my DH starts asking me what I want for Christmas the day after b/c I am horrible at coming up with a list. I honestly don't know if I've told him one thing yet! And it's not that I am trying to be stubborn I just have no idea what I want!
I really want a new pair of Uggs. Mine melted this spring (sad story...but an important lesson to learn is that you shouldn't leave your Uggs in a plastic tote near the exhaust of a generator when said generator is sure to be turned on). SO, that is the one and only item on my list.
I dont think DH & I are really doing presents this year - We paid for our wedding in September and have just bought a new build home which we are moving into end of November/beginning of December which needs furnishing and then baby is due in Jan. We might do the usual (ie) new dressing gown, slippers, bits & pieces etc but nothing major this year.
My realistic list: I want a Kindle Fire, a vacuum sealer, and a heated throw blanket.
My "living in dreamland" list: I also really really want a new mattress because I hate ours, and I want an immersion circulator, but that isn't happening.
Running boards for the Trailblazer cause it's a biatch to get in there without them! - What I'll most likely get? Something I picked out cause DH hates to shop!! (completely fine with me!!)

we just got a fancy new camera, and that is kind of our christmas present to each other, along with all the other baby stuff we've bought. I would like a new watch, and told DH to tell his family and stuff that I'd like gift cards to buy some post-pregnancy clothes. I also want a cute binder to put recipes in, rather than sticking notecards and torn-out magazine pages into my cookbooks, but I may just go pick out what I actually want myself for that.
Ask for some gift certificates to your fav stores so you can buy some 'apres maternity' stuff for yourself.
This is actually a great idea. I lost 40lbs in the months leading up to conception (and even through the first trimester), so I am going to need a full wardrobe after LO is here. Unfortunately (for the bank account) DH will do a gift card PLUS want to give me more presents. The boy likes to spoil me But I really do like this idea.
DH asked for a Kindle Fire, so I'll be getting his Kindle, which would have been my first gift idea. And if I asked for baby related stuff, he'd say "that's not for YOU!". ::sigh::
I had a hard time this year too (although, not for stuff for DH since I always ask him for the big ticket item). My list for him is either a wide angle lense for my DSLR or a kitchen aid stand mixer in apple green. My list for everyone else (since our family likes lists): Cricut cartridges, Target, Michaels and Anthropologie gift cards, those boot slippers that look like legwarmers, a countertop styling tools organizer, a loop scarf and this awesome giant gingerbread luminary thing from Bath & Body Works.
To be able to go home.... This is the first Xmas ever not spending it at my Grandmas in the morning with all my aunts uncles and cousins. I'm so sad New iPhone since its time for new phones but I don't want to spend the money on it. Coach diaper bag- I fell in love with it!
steam cleaner, stand mixer (there is a super cute hot pink Kitchen-Aid in the Sears Christmas catalog) or a new video camera. (: Any 1 of the 3 would be nice!

Ask for gift cards to your fav. clothing stores put them in an envelope stick it to your refrigerator or vanity mirror to help give you extra motivation to lose that weight and go on a shopping spree! You will need the motivation when your tired and exhausted and just want to crawl into bed with LO.
My list: We put a twin/ king trundle bed in the nursery where I will prob spend most nights if baby is fussy. I'm asking for a new health spa twin mattress or the bed since I might be spending many sleepless nights in there, while DH gets sleep on work nights.
Like my baby shower I'm asking for Coupons I can redeem, ex. good for one date night, 1 hr massage, baby sitting all 3 kids, etc. I told my family to stuff our stockings with those. They don't cost anything but will be the most valuable gifts for DH and I. So we can still have time for each other.
New underwear for after baby and healing is over. A new terry cloth bathrobe and slippers. The only other thing I really want is a video camera as we don't have one and I really want one around for baby and family things (but if I get it, this will stay home until after delivery)
Re: NBR: What do you want for Christmas?
I want a runner for my hallway and a cargo net/floor mats for my SUV. Exciting I know!!
Also, it would be awesome if I got the second seat for my city select stroller so I don't have to buy it.
Make a pregnancy ticker
I would also love some UGGs, but I don't think that will happen.
I'll probably just ask for baby stuff that we still need, or things that I need in the kitchen.
I'm horrible at thinking of stuff, so at least with the baby coming I'll have some ideas!
