I'm very irritated at old navy.
I just bought Ry a 3-in-1 jacket and pair of snow pants. Super cute. Got the whole thing for under $50.
But they don't make a similar set for girls. The girls set isn't the 3-in-1 jacket.
Ryan is able to fit into toddler sizes (he wears 12-18 in tops and 18-24 in pants already, my poor sasquatch). Reese on the other hand is firmly in 6-12 month sizes and they only make bunting for that age range. I need her to be able to have feet outside of her snowsuit since she's pretty much walking already.
I have no idea where to go for her now. I was going to go to LLBean, but they only have one pieces and for the price I'm annoyed that I'd have to buy her a separate winter coat.
Sorry this got long and rambly. If you have girls in the 6-12 month range where are you buying their winter gear?
(NOTE: this is not for sitting in a car. We live Upstate and are outside quite a bit in the winter, so this is for playing in the snow/being outside. TIA!)
Re: winter coats and snow pants
I totally feel your pain. I remember being in situations like that. I found some options. Not sure if you for sure want a separate jacket and pants, or just a snow suit with feet. Sorry, don't know how to make clicky

Children's Place. 3 in 1 coat is awesome. We also got matching snow pants. My two are firmly in 6-12 months and the 12 months coats are just big enough to have room to grow all season. I love love love them.

i'm sorry i can't help with anything for reese, but could you post a link to the things you got for ryan? i am looking for good quality but inexpensive snow suits and coats for my boys.
I agree with pp--try Children's Place. We got their 3-in-1 jackets from there, and they are super-cute and very warm. As reference for the sizes, we got Piper the 12 month size b/c I heard they run big. She was 20lbs at her 12 month appointment. I wish I got her the 18 month b/c she may grow out of it by February or so. I didn't find they run big at all. True to size or a bit on the small side. I got Fletch the 2T and he was 24lbs at his 12 month appt.
I also saw baby jackets and pants at Target, but I'm not sure of the sizing.
Becca, here are some of the sets from ON

I second this. I LOVE these coats. I bought them last year and again this year. I love them for the carseat safety aspect (you can just put them in in the fleece and then put them in the outer layer when you go out) but also because we use the inner fleece as a fall/spring jacket so we really use some version of the coat 3 out of 4 seasons. But, do not pay full price for it. They are running sales all the time on them, I got mine for 50% off by combining a sale and a coupon code. If you haven't already, sign up for their email list and they'll tell you when they're on sale.
For snow pants, I also bought the pants from Target like PP said, they were $14.99 which is the best price I've seen anywhere and they're nice snow pants (they are the overall kind).
