What do you serve it with? We gave some to Ryan to try this weekend and he loved it (as he does with most things...). I don't eat avocado though, so I have no idea what it goes with.

I like avocado with turkey or chicken the most. For H we usually just get the guacamole packs & use it as his veggie for the meal. I will put in on my sammies in place of mayo
You can cut it up into chunks and serve it plain (toss in crushed cheerios or chex to make it easier to grip), or you can make guacamole and let him eat it with a spoon. I also like to use plain avocado in quesadillas, in sandwiches, etc. Use it like anything else spreadable.
Thanks ladies. When we gave it to him this weekend it was just plain and cut into chunks. He loved it, but I'm trying to get more protein in him (hes a big veggie eater, so I have to sneak protein) so if I can mix it with chicken/turkey that will be great!

I usually put it in a crescent roll with shredded chicken. I don't know if R can have mayo/eggs but avocado also mixes well into deviled eggs. I'm not a huge avocado fan but my mom makes eggs like this all the time and DD tried them recently. Loved it.
I've also added it into smoothies. I was told to try and get more fats and protein into DS at his last dr's appointment and it worked really well in his smoothies.
C is like me, he eats the avocado straight up, no frills or condiments or anything added to it. However, it would work well with most poultry, either diced up or mashed, or spread onto sandwiches, or dipped with pita bread, other veggies or toast.

My ds loves avocado so I use it sometimes to encourage him to eat food that he might otherwise turn his nose up at, like cauliflower (just mix it all together). I also sometimes mix it into quinoa or rice to help it stick together so it's easier to eat. Or I'll mix it with any combination of tex-mexy type foods like black beans, corn, and chicken. I love the idea of spreading it on toast - will have to try that next!
We just give it to him straight, usually accompanied by tomatoes and cheese. But it's also really good with chicken or in anything that has a Mexican flavor.
Really, it goes with anything. I just chop some up and put it on her tray and she loves it.
ETA: Traditionally it usually goes with Mexican style food.
This. What I make for breakfast a lot of the time is a soft-boiled egg with sliced avocado on toast with some hot sauce. (DD love this minus the hot sauce, of course.)

M loves avocado! Another idea is to do a taco bowl with ground turkey, beans, rice/quinoa cheese and avocado.
