has anyone had a will done locally that can recommend someone to help us out?  we are planning an international trip without the kiddos and want to get things in order.

is this something we can do online?  do we need a lawyer?  i'm clueless

    We worked with an attorney who I recommend, I'll email you the info.

    I did mine online through Suze Orman's site. It's pretty straight forward and you just get it notarized when you're done. I did have some ?s regarding terminology as I was going through, but have a friend who's an attorney that was able to answer them for me. As far as the process went though, it was quite simple and super cheap.
