F/U to "The things I get myself into"...

I did it! I really sang with the band for the Oktoberfest in November party celebrating the new beer that just came out. AND wore my ridiculous costume and everything! Here's Jared and me: IMG_1478

Each member of the band got a $50 gift certificate for the restaurant, so woo-hoo! Jared and I get to go out sometime now since we have $100 in gift certficates. And they want us back the Friday after Thanksgiving. (Whoever watches Liam while we perform gets free food and drinks, too, which isn't a bad deal :-) I don't know if I'm up for singing lead again, but it was a lot of fun! Hope you guys had a great weekend, too!

    There is video out there, and my singing on it is AWFUL! (But what can you expect in a noisy bar when you're leading a sing-along, right?

    I still can't believe how dirty the polkas were that Margaret and I wrote. LOL!
