To anyone else due this week (or overdue)...

Is anyone else still not having any signs that LO may be making an appearance soon??  For the past 2 weeks I've been 1 1/2 cm and 85%.  Other than that, nothing.  Not ONE contraction, haven't lost my mucous plug...I'm losing hope by the day that LO is going to be here by his due date.

 I KNOW that labor can come on suddenly, so if anyone else has been in this situation and gone into labor out of the blue...please share your story - I could use some of those stories to give me some hope!!!  I guess I'm just frustrated/anxious today...sorry for the vent!

    No inspiring stories, but I'm in the same boat! My due date was either the 4th or today (couldn't agree :P)  I haven't been checked since my 36 week appt (when I was at a "fingertip") so I don't know if I'm progressing down there or not - but i'm certainly not progressing otherwise it seems! No real contractions, no plug, baby hasn't even dropped yet.

    Due Thurs 11/10. Not dilated a bit. 60% effaced. Baby is "high" according to OB.

    I am due today...although my orginal due date was tomorrow...and at this point I am not dialted or effaced at all.

    I have had lots of annoying braxton hicks but thats it, and apparently they are doing nothing except making it hard to sleep.

    My next Dr appt is Wednesday and I am guessing at that point we will discuss induction.

    I know they say labor can come on at any moment regardless of how you are, or are not, progressing, but I am was so hoping for SOMETHING by now...I am REALLY tired of going to work and having people ask "OMG, youre STILL here?!?!?!"

    I'm in the same boat. Due date is tomorrow and I've been 1cm and 0% effaced for 3 weeks in a row.  My cervix seems to be closed for business.  I had a membrane sweep last week and nothing came of it....baby is high, cervix is posterior and not a single contraction of which I am aware so far.  I did lose my mucous plug a few weeks ago, but apparently that did jack sh!t for me.  It is incredibly frustrating!

    I am two days overdue at this point with random signs that labor could be coming (i.e. lost mucous plug, random BH contractions, some cramping) but that's it. Nothing consistent or timeable, or even painful. I also had my membranes stripped at my appointment last week which resulted in a whole lot of nothing. I'm trying to be patient but its difficult!

    I am due Wednesday I am 2cm and 80% I lost my MP on Friday but I dont feel any different just waiting and waiting

    I am due 11/10.  Last appt. I was not dilated at all and about 50% effaced.  Dr. doesn't really want me to go past my due date.  I am driving out to LA today (about an hour from where I live) to have lunch at a restaurant that boasts that one of their salads induces labor!  Haha!  The labor cookies didn't work, maybe this will, it would be a funny story if nothing else!

    I'm due Tuesday (My OB actually has today as my due date but I just stuck with EDD based on ovulation). Random cramping a few days ago and last night I saw a little bit of mucous plug but otherwise it seems this baby is quite comfy!!

    This morning we took a pretty good hike with our dogs to try to get things moving....now its time for a nap!

    I'm due Tuesday.  I've been walking around almost completely effaced and 4cm since last Tuesday.  I lost my MP after my membrane sweep.  I thought I was in labor Tuesday afternoon, but by 8pm all signs stopped.  I've had lots of contractions all week, but not timeable at all.  I rearranged and installed the 4 carseats in our cars yesterday, did the laundry, organized the nursery and vacuumed...still nothing.  I really don't want to go back to work tomorrow.

    I'm due Friday and zero percent anything.  My doctor already set up my appointments and discussed inducing around Nov. 22.  I might end up with a Thanksgiving baby instead of an 11/11/11 baby!  Not to mention the baby is only getting bigger...  

    I am walking a lot, bouncing on the ball, eating eggplant parm, and everything else I can think of this week!  Work has calmed down so hopefully I can relax and give birth already!  Where is that recipe for labor cookies?

    Five days overdue :(

    I saw the doc on my due date, and everything still high and closed. I had to hold back tears when she said that because I had some contractions last weekend and thought for sure I had made some progress. I went for an nst and u/s on Thursday, and everything seemed ok. I have only had painless BH contrax, that's it, so I don't feel like anything is going to happen anytime soon. Now I really wish I had not agreed to move up my due date (12 week ultrasound showed I was a week ahead of what I thought) because I feel like maybe I'm not really overdue and now getting pressured into an induction too early.

    I'm due in exactly a week but at my last appointment I was 0cm dilated and only "slightly thinned out" (she didn't give me an exact percentage) so I'm not feeling too hopeful about LO coming before her due date, actually I'm feeling like she will never come at this point lol. My mom had me pretty convinced LO would come early since it runs in the family so I already feel overdue even though I'm still a week away from my due date (grr..thanks mom lol)
