Holy Teething!

Ok, so LO "turned" 6 months last week... and about 3 weeks ago, he got his first tooth on the lower left. I think the one next to it is about to pop through, and he is miserable about it! Anything and everything goes straight to his mouth and he rubs it back and forth on this lower gums. We've tried the Hylands Teething Gel - and the various things like Pineapple, Peaches, Mango and just ice in the mesh thing, but he HATES the mesh thing. Anyone else have any good teething recommendations?? Huh?

    Frozen wet washclothes, and just waiting it out. It sucks, but it's just one of those miserable time you have to trudge through.

    Tylenol or Ibuprofen, especially at night.

    Also the Orajel cooling cucumber tastes better than the others, or at least my DD preferred that flavor.

    Advil has been a bedtime life saver for us. I know many people are "against" this but if you had a toothache you would take something...

    Frozen green beans, not in the mesh thing, worked great for Ada. She was only 5 months when she started teething so I would hold the end of it. When she got a little older I would just give it to her.
