sometimes... we haven't mastered the coors lite retrieval but we practice all the time. If I had a dollar for all the pics I have of my kids w/ a can of beer in their hands....
DD1 is great with laundry. She loves helping us sort it and refuses to to go sleep until she puts her dirty clothes from the day in the laundry pile in the hallway. She won't pick up her toys though. Go figure.
DD cleans up her books after she pulls 1000 of them out. We sing the clean up song to get things started. She has also started carrying her plate to the kitchen and putting it in the sink.
helping to empty the dishwasher putting the recycling in the bin taking out the trash-with assistance picking up toys or at least helping putting dirty laundry in the basket starting the washer or dryer (pushing the button) or tossing the dirty clothes in the washer feeding the dogs giving the dogs their treats picking tomatoes from his tomato plant

DD puts away the utensils from the dishwasher, clears her food/plate from the table, puts her laundry in the hamper, and picks up her toys every day. Some days she helps me put away laundry or set the table.

Yes and some days it takes alot of restraint to not beg them to stop "helping."
"like" ;-)
DS1 lives to clean the toilet with the brush, he loads/switches laundry and presses buttons, sets table (silverware), uses wipes on his tables to clean it, holds the dust pan, picks up stuff to prepare for vacuuming, puts things in recycling.
DS2 throws away everything! Found my sneaker in there yesterday such a big helper...
