Long story short - I have time to do about .5 mile walk every morning with DS and the dog. MAYBE 2X a week I can get to the gym to do a mile on the treadmill and very little weight stuff (like 30 minutes max with everything including the treadmill). I just started but I would like some ideas about how make my daily walks and gym time as productive as possible. It's not an option to work out during nap time bc I have a 3 month old and watch a 6 week old, hubby and I are on different schedules so this really is all I can squeeze in right now. I was always really lucky and skinny but now my thighs touch and I have a muffin top in bigger jeans =( Any help is appreciated!!! Thanks mamas!
