If that's even possible!
It's $60 for adults and $50 for kids, $15 to park. I have a few of those "one adult at kid's price" coupons and the "$10 off admission" coupons - not sure if they'll let me use more than one coupon per admission but probably not. So we're looking at $155 just to get in (assuming DH and I get in for $50 and DD gets in for $40, including parking). Can't find anything on the site about how old a "kid" is, anyone know?
The good thing is that they are only open from 12 on right now, so we won't have to worry about purchasing lunch there - we'll just eat on the way and then bring lots of snacks/drinks.
Anyone know of any other coupons or deals that I can look into? We're trying to do this mini-vacation as our last event as a family of 3, so any help is appreciated.
TIA
Re: tips for doing sea world on the cheap?
Will you not want to go next year? If you would go again next year, I'd purchase one annual membership (gets you free parking every time you go) and then one fun pass (pay for a day, free for the rest of the year AND next year). That way, aside from gas there and back, and food your future trips would be pretty cheap.
If you don't think you'll go again... I have no advice.
ETA: Kids 2 and under are free. I thought I saw your daughter was 2 so I didn't mention her in the above scenario. I'd buy her a fun pass as well or say she's still 2 for this upcoming trip.
I agree with pp about the fun passes. They're the same price as a regular ticket and you can get in free until Dec. 2012.
You're allowed to pack a small cooler with drinks and snacks..I would take advantage of that.
