Where to find matching/coordinating dresses for toddler and babies?

This really shouldn't be so hard! Lots of people have toddlers and babies at the same time. I'm trying to find coordinating holiday dresses for DD1 and the twins and everywhere I've looked has a line for babies and a different line for toddlers and nothing matches or coordinates. Anyone find dresses for their DDs?

    Last year my girls wore dresses from Carters.  They had both matching and coordinating.  I think DD1 picked coordinating.  This year I am looking at Carters or Childrens Place.

    JCPenney does.  The in store selection wasn't great at my store, but online they have these in both toddler and infant sizes:

    Red dot

    Black and white dot

    Plaid

    Red

    We did Carters last year.  DD#2 was only 2 months old and DD#1 was almost 2.  It worked out perfect  Childrens Place also has toddler and baby dresses that coordinate.  Gymboree might but they are more spendy.

    Hanna Andersson -- they have a few that are cute

    Wooden Soldier -- pricey but they have tons of coordinating outfits

    Janie and Jack -- might have some but I haven't checked recently
