prenatal yoga at home...

I'm having trouble finding a place (not up in SF) that offers prenatal yoga out here.

I need to get more stretching, I'm so achy and miserable.

Can anyone rec a dvd series they liked?

    I didn't have time to get to a class nearly as much as i'd liked with ds but i found these free videos online and loved doing them. They are short and area specific which i really liked. plus, free!

    Rssnlvr loaned me this one and it's pretty good.  I was practicing yoga regularly before this pregnancy, so I feel like I could do a more challenging workout but home classes are what work with my schedule.  I've also heard good things about this one, but I haven't tried it.  It's on Netflix if you're still a member.

    I'll check them all out! I'm totally rusty as I seem to not be able to schedule much me time (not even when H is at school). So hopefully one of these will do the trick!

    I got to prenatal yoga classes on Saturdays https://www.getbabied.com/classes/get-yoga and Sundays https://www.austinprenatalyoga.com/

    During the week I try to walk, but sometimes I need to sneak in an extra yoga session.  I checked out a couple of prenatal yoga DVDs from the library that were good.  I can't remember what they were called, but just type in "prenatal yoga" and select DVD on the library website and they will come up.

    Lastly, don't forget about Netflix.  Last time I checked there was one you could stream and there are plenty to rent.
