Well I guess I'm part of 3rd tri now & glad to be this far. This is #2 for me & it's been a rougher road this time around. I had a SCH in 1st tri which was a little scary but that resolved itself eventually. I recently failed my 1hr glucose test, so I'm pretty anxious for my 3hr test next week (passed my 1hr w/ baby #1). In general I'm just not feeling as good as w/ #1, but I think it has a lot to do w/ the fact that caring for DD leaves me w/ a lot less time to care for myself. DH is awesome & it's not like I do it all myself, but there's still just not the same time to exercise, always make sure to eat properly, etc. I'm not saying that it's a good excuse, but it certainly changes things. not to mention I have terrible insomnia, so I'm just so tired all the time. it's really starting to take a toll on me. I felt great up until I delivered w/ #1, but I'm already finding myself uncomfortable & worn out this time.
I'm wondering if a total revamp of my diet & exercise would make a big difference. I currently walk about 2-3 times/wk & I don't eat too terrible, but I don't think it's enough. I'm just not sure how to go about finding the time to do it right. I guess this is a little bit of a vent/pity party, but also looking for suggestions & any inspiration you can send my way. TIA
