Adderall and false negative pregnancy tests?

Anyone know if adderall can cause false negatives on pregnancy tests? I've heard of this but can't find any reputable sources to back up this info. I'd appreciate it! Thank you!

    I take and I've yet to see a BFP, but I've also never been KU. So for me, the negs have been accurate.

    Just chiming in to say that my doctor mandated that I go off of adderall prior to TTC.  I'd make sure that everybody knows that you are on the medication and TTC.
