  I voted for Violet, second choice Hazel if you care about popularity, second choice Charlotte if not. They are all great--you can't go wrong!

  I think Charlotte is too popular IMO. Also, I can't vote for Violet cuz A) I had a coworker that was an obnoxious old lady that drove me crzy and I always think of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'... you know "Violet! Your turning violet!". I really really like Hazel though. I think it's pretty.

  My superior suggestion would be anything not old lady and so popular.

  I voted for Violet. I really like it, and it's the least popular of your names. It's #123 and I don't consider that popular. I like Hazel but only for a middle name. Other name suggestions:

  LOVE Ella, it was our second choice name for DD1.

  LOVE all 3 contenders this time.  DD2 is actually Violet but it is getting really popular.  I wanted Hazel but DH said "no" so I voted for Hazel, but you can't go wrong!

  I voted for Charlotte simply because Violet and Hazel are nms (I'm not a fan of names that have double meanings, ie colors that are now names).

  Charlotte is my top name choice, so I voted for it.  All 3 names are lovely, though. Popularity varies by area, and Charlotte isn't that popular in my area...so it may not be in yours, either! I like it because it's the most traditional name on the list. Violet was also on my list but it's just a tiny shade outside my comfort zone. I'm going for traditional and classic.

  Charlotte is my number one name.. and Violet is in my top 5! I'm not a huge fan of Hazel, but definitely don't hate it.
