I used to love marathon runs (60-70 minutes) but lets face it...that kind of "me" time is not available anymore so I've been trying to find workouts that take 30-minutes max and still provide a good workout.
I've been doing the 30-minute Express circuit at Planet Fitness, and have been impressed with it. Unlike Curves, the weights are adjustable so you can keep making it harder and the steps are higher so you can get a good aerobic step going..I'm a fan.
I bought the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred but haven't tried it yet. Also have the 10-minute solutions HipHop Workout--not a fan, didn't feel like I was really getting anything out of it.

I suggest Crossfit too. Many of their WOD's are super intense, but short - rarely longer than 20 minutes. You can do most of them with little equipment too, so you can squeeze in workouts at home without even having to leave to get to the gym.
