Has anyone ever frozen these? I'm going to finally try to make them tonight and DD is really excited - just from the picture -but it looks like several meal's worth of food for her and I would love to know that they freeze/reheat well.

I added broccoli to ours (chopped up) and H loved them. I just pop em into his lunch box in the morning and they've always thawed before lunch.
