Anyone ever order from there?  I am thinking about ordering this toy storage for LO's first Christmas:

The reviews look good online I guess I'm just looking for first hand pros and cons if you have experience with ordering from them and their customer service/quality in general.  Thanks!

    We have a crib and dresser from their outlet centre, and a bookshelf from their catalogue. It was a few years ago, but I remember their customer service being really good when I've had to call to follow up on a few things. The quality is great, and I think their stuff is really cute, if you can get it for a deal.

    We bought a changing table from LON.  It's really nice quality and as PP said, their customer service is great.  The shipping is expensive though.
