R is 9 months old now and still gets up once per night to eat. Are your LO's still doing this, or is too old to need to be eating during the night?

We cut out night feedings a loooong time ago, except when he wakes up early for the day. This does not, however, mean that he doesn't wake up at night all.the.time.

DD still wakes up at night but mostly she's looking for comfort vs. food. Now she has milk @ 6pm and then around 4-5am. At 9months she was getting a bottle at 10-11pm.

What I don't understand is that he sttn from 3 months until about 6 months and it's just been the past few months he's getting up to eat?!

D will turn 9 months and next week and he's been getting up 1-2 x a night for the last 3 weeks or so. Sometimes it's more a night terror--you can tell he's still asleep--but as often as not, he's hungry and will drain a 5 oz bottle like nothing. The frustrating part is that right about the time he turned 6 mos, he started sleeping that 10 or 11 hours straight thru (about 7:30 p.m. to about 6:00 a.m., give or take) all on his own. No sleep training or anything.
I'm sort of hoping he outgrows it on his own again, so I'm enabling for the moment, at least for another couple weeks when some stuff with my schedule changes and I can better afford to be kept awake while we figure it out. But for now, if a bottle and rocking in the "big chair" helps him calm down and go back to sleep, that's the path we're taking.

DD is not getting up at night to eat any longer. She's been sleeping from 7:30 to 7:00 for a few weeks now.
ETA: Our pedi told us we needed to stop the night feeding. We worked on it for a couple of weeks before she finally dropped it.

Mason got up at least once per night until he was a little over 1 year old.
I'm very thankful that he STTN now.
