How do I look at a PM?

I went to "my bump", then friends, then messages.  I've had two people tell me they sent me a private message, but they aren't there...??

    OK, that's taking me to the same spot as if I go to "my bump", friends, then messages.  The two senders obviously didn't send it??

    I'll put up another post asking for what I need.
