Hormonal, tired and have a very sick puppy....

Just got back from the vets and have literally not slept since yesterday morning :S

My little dog Felix got into something yesterday, still not sure what and was up sick all night. He seemed to be doing better this morning and then WHAM out of no where he starts vomitting again, his tongue turns completely blue, and he is gasping for air. My sister rushed us off to the vet but we seriously thought he wasn't going to make it there. I've never seen anything like it in my life, his body was just limp and lifeless :(

They have gotten him stable and now I am monitoring him... If all of the animal lovers out there could please sending healthy thoughts and prayers our way it would be appreciated. This little dog is my best buddy!

    Definitely sending my thoughts and prayers to you! This happened to my pup when she was little and scared the crap out of me. She didn't have any balance and threw up constantly very lifeless. Took her to the vet 4 times that day and he gave her a shot of penicillin or something. A few hours later she came around and snapped out of it and was back to herself, I really hope that happens to your pup. I couldn't live without mine either, she's my little sunshine. Sending healthy vibes to you and your best friend!!

    aw...poor little guy. My pets are like family so I understand. I hope yours gets better really soon. And without a crazy expensive vet bill.

    T & P to your pup! I hate it when dogs are sick, it's the absolute worst and it just breaks your heart. Hope he gets feeling better asap!

    Oh thoughts and prayers for your little guy.  I can't handle it when my girl is sick.  Please keep us posted on how he is doing.  I really hope everything turns out okay.

    Thank you all for the support!

    He seems to be getting slowly better. (Thank God!) His gums are turning back to pink and his body temperature is coming up... There's a huge vet bill to contend with, but as long as he is ok it will be worth it! 

    I have a feeling I'm not going to sleep tonight, just check on him every 5 minutes...
