We use the almond milk from trader joes.. it's pretty good. There are a ton of tomato sauces that are milk/soy free -just read the ingredients. Most (if not all) salsas are good too.
EDIT - if you see any issues with your LO after adding almond milk than remove it immidietly.. Since it is a tree nut..
I like the Silk almond milk - the chocolate is really good. I'd also recommend almond milk yogurt (I don't know who makes it but it's at WF).
Once you get the hang of reading labels you'll know what is generally safe (although you always have to check, especially if you're avoiding soybean oil).

Yes to almond milk, but depends on the brand. We buy Blue Diamond, as it is dairy and soy free and made in a peanut free facility.
Yes to spaghetti sauce, but make sure there is no cheese or other dairy in it!
Yes to salsa.
