Dizzy!

Hi ladies! I have been super dizzy this morning. No other symptoms and my BP was normal at my appt on Monday. I know some dizziness is normal, and I have had it on and off the entire pregnancy, but this seems a little more intense. I ate a normal breakfast and am hydrated, so I don't know what's going on! Anyone else?

    I have an occasional bout of dizziness during this pregnancy and have found eating a piece of candy or drinking a glass of orange juice many times will solve the problem.  The one or two times it hasn't I have called my doctor (per his orders).

    Yup I am feeling like that right now.  I don't know what it is...I ate a good breakfast and I have been drinking tons of water...Im eating an apple and yogurt right now.

    My occasional dizziness has to do with exhaustion. I had the same thing before pregnancy - if I get too tired, I have dizzy spells. Of course, pregnancy has aggravated the whole exhaustion thing, so I was having some interesting dizziness just the other day. It goes away if I'm able to have a nap or at least go to bed early a few days in a row.
