anyone have a K-cup (or similar) coffee maker?

I'm debating getting one for DH for Christmas. We really don't drink a lot of coffee but DH will have the occasional cup every now and then. We do drink a lot of hot teas and I would love to be able to make cider/hot chocolate during the winter.

we have a keurig and LOVE it. actually now that we have it we both drink a lot more coffee because it's so quick and easy and you don't have to clean anything after you make it. We make DD hot chocolate in it some mornings when she wants "coffee"

i usually get my k cups from amazon, but sometimes depending on sales, etc, kohls had good prices on them too.

We just got a Keurig at work and it's awesome! It's definitely on my wish list for Christmas! It only takes about 10 seconds to brew a cup of coffee, and they also have hot chocolates and cider available too!

I have a Keurig also and really like it b/c I only drink 1 cup of coffee or tea a day, and DH doesnt drink any. Its better than brewing a pot and throwing the rest away. I buy the cups from amazon or from BBB with the 20% off coupon. I got it as a thank you gift, but I'm pretty sure my friend got it from BBB with a 20% off coupon last year.

For those of you who have a Keurig, which model is it? Our one cup coffee maker bit the dust this weekend (awesome timing) and we're pretty sure we want a Keurig but are debating which model.

We have the Platinum B70. We LOVE it. We got it at Costco and they have a deal where you get the machine, 60 K-Cups and a resuable filter that you can use with regular coffee instead of using a K-cup.

I've got a Cuisinart and love it. I bought it mainly because a co-worker constantly raved about his but had a hard time deciding between the cuisinart or the Keurig. I don't think you could go wrong with either since they both take the k-cups.

We loooove the Keurig but hate the cost and waste of the K-Cups. We've tried several different reusable K-Cups (Solofill, My-Kap, and My K-Cup) and they all have usability or flavor issues.

I'm trying to convince DH to just use a french press most of the time.

I also have the Cuisinart model and I LOVE it. It was my gift last year and it's supposed to be in the salon. It was actually there until I painted everything and had to empty the space so I hooked it up at home. That was in June and it hasn't made its way back yet....

Ditto. I use it mostly for tea and am excited to try cider and hot chocolate. You can get several cups out of one k-cup and there is an attachment of you want to use bags.
