Fun, kinda nostalgic idea for telling!

I was planning on just putting DS in a big brother shirt for Thanksgiving & letting everyone figure it out, but now i'm thinking of making one of these View Master reels for each set of grandparents:

idk what 7 pics I'd use... One of DS in his shirt, one or two of the u/s... Any other ideas I could throw in there?

Oh my gosh! I love this idea! Maybe make a story of some sort. Like first the surprise and excitement of finding out. Then your husband finding out, then your son in the shirt, then one or 2 u/s pictures, then a family photo. And maybe the last one will be the due date.

That's really cute, but kind of expensive for 7 pictures. I don't think I'd spend that much money.

I would maybe do one of you and your DH when you were babies, one of your wedding day, one of your son when he was born, one of you guys as a family, then one of your son in the shirt and one of the US.

I love it! So tempted to do this a couple times over and give one to each side of the family for Christmas. It is pretty expensive though. And I don't understand how the whole reel can have only 7 pictures, seems like that would be way too small.

I remember having a view master when I was a kid!!! Wonder whatever happened to it? Such a cool idea. Just think if you could catalogue your announcement, your pregnancy growth, Baby's first days, baby milestones, birthdays, holidays....and really have a whole bunch of reels to capture each moment and give them to family for gifts! What a neat idea. That way everyone would have their own unique "brag book" of sorts.

I read about one mom taking different pictures of the ways to say you're pregnant. She had a picture of her taking a bun out of the oven, one of her next to a child (with child), barefoot in the kitchen, etc. That might be cute!
