Our 5th anniversary is Friday and I haven't really thought anything about getting DH a gift. We've really had a rough year and since we have DD, I really didn't think we'd do anything special. But I just found out that he's arranged for my sister to watch DD so we can go out and he's making me a special gift. Ack! Anyone have any great ideas?
Re: Quick! Need anniversary gift ideas
Inspired by somebody else here (can't remember who), I made a version of this gift for DH's 40th birthday, tweaked to my liking.
It's a book of "52 things I love about you" made with a deck of cards. Cheap but priceless. Total time was about 4 hours, including thinking time to come up with all the stuff I loved.

Some of my tweaks included dousing the cards in coffee and drying them in the sun to antique them, and pasting the things I love on the back side of the card, instead of the face (less busy looking that way).
When DH graduated law school, I made him a scrapbook of the three years of fun that we had had during those years so it would help him remember that they weren't horribly miserable the whole time.
What if you did a scrapbook of the last year (or the first five years of marriage) with a page or two for each year? And maybe the things you found that you loved about him each year (how your love grew and changed?)
