Capri leggings

Are capri leggings just a summer thing?  Or can I still find them at places like Children's place?

I like to put them under dresses.  Full length leggings tend to be too long or baggy for DD (one way or another).  Just wondering if I would have any luck finding any.

    Can you just buy leggings that are a size or two too small, haha! Leah wore some pants from last summer that were capris this summer :) the first time was a mistake - but they looked so cute (with little ruffles at the bottom) and she got some compliments on them...so I went with it.

    Looks like Childrens Place still has the capris listed on their website (and if you go to the store and can't find it there and tell them, they will give you a code for free shipping). I have also gotten the full length ones and just kind of bunched them up a little around C's thighs to have them be a little shorter like a pedal pusher.
