That's all I can think of right now...I'm sure there's more, we don't follow the every four days rule, she eats whatever we are having for dinner (for the most part). Most of the foods she eats are whole, although she does get purees as well since people keep buying them for her.
We are doing BLW, and our pediatrician recommended just giving him stuff off our plates but avoid tomatoes and shellfish for now. We're not overly concerned about food allergies, so our list is unusual.
Carrots
Broccoli
Chicken
Banana
Homemade pasta (flour & eggs)
pesto sauce on the pasta
ground beef
potatoes
yellow squash
celery
bread
spinach
grapes
Chase was born 4/23/2011
Carlene was born 4/18/2014 A14 siggy challenge: Junk Food
Breakfast is brown rice cereal with fruit. She's had apples, pears, peaches, plums, bananas.
Lunch is one of the fruit listed above OR a veggie. She's has green beans, peas, squash, zuchinni, carrots, sweet potato. Broccoli/cauliflower mix is up next.
Dinner is one of the veggies listed already.
I'm getting ready to start experimenting with more blended combos, and then meats and finger foods.
Avocado (his favorite) I think he would live on this if he had a choice!
Sweet Potato (hit or miss)
apple sauce w/ rice cereal (I make most of his food so I try to make the things I buy thicker since there is usually a lot of texture in his food)
green beans
peas
carrotts
butternut squash
bananas (hates them) I think it is a texture thing though. They get slimey when you mush them up.
prunes w/ rice cereal (he was backed up)
pears (he hated the ones I made but, loved the store bought ones)
mashed potatoes...bad mommy
I am going to talk to my pedi tomorrow about puffs and finger foods. I also want to ask her about meats. I do not want to puree them. Maybe I will try so BLW with them. I want to start giving him avocado slices and try banana slices.
Man, I need to start giving him other foods. I thought my list was longer...
Plain Cheerios ( just 2, once- my pedi said it was fine but I'm too freaked out lol)
I have mixed all of the above together in various combinations. She doesn't like green beans at all, so I usually mix a little apples or pears in there to make sure she eats

My love as deep; the more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite."
